Me Brahim BAHEDDA (FR)

Brahim est Traducteur Interprète doublement assermenté près les instances compétentes marocaines et espagnoles. Jouissant d’un parcours académique des plus distingués et de compétences internationalement reconnues, il s’est imposé comme l’une des plus imminentes références dans la traduction et l’interprétation arabe-espagnol au Royaume.

Major de la promotion 1992 de licence en langue et littérature espagnoles à Rabat, son penchant pour la traduction l’a par la suite poussé à abandonner son doctorat en lettres hispaniques pour intégrer l’Ecole Roi Fahd de Traduction de Tanger, d’où il obtient son Diplôme de Traducteur en 1995. Sa performance était telle qu’il était invité à y effectuer des visites académiques dès l’année qui suit pour renforcer le corps enseignant, bien que poursuivant de plus vastes perspectives académiques en Espagne.

Assermenté au Maroc depuis 1996 à l’issue de l’examen du Certificat de Capacité en Traduction Judiciaire arabe-espagnol organisé par le Ministère de Justice, il a également passé avec succès l’examen d’assermentation organisé par le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères espagnol en 2009.



Me. Moulay Driss TAKI HAKIMI (ENG)

Driss has a solid scientific background. In 1992, he earned a B.A. in General Biology from Moulay Ismail University in Meknes, Morocco. Two years later, he graduated from King Fahd Advanced School of Translation in Tangiers, Morocco, as an Arabic/English/French translator. Wasting no time, again two years later he wasaccredited by the Moroccan Ministry of Justice as a Sworn Translator and Interpreter.

+ Info: Never a person to rest on his laurels, in 2004 he earned a Title of Specialization in Tourism from San Vicente Universidad in Alicante, Spain. To top his academic journey, from 2003 to 2005 Moulay Driss attended preparative PhD courses in Translation and Interculturality in the Mediterranean Area at the Faculty of Philology, San Vicente Universidad, Alicante, Spain. For many, such a focus on continuous learning would have been at the expense of a successful career, but not for Moulay Driss. From 1994 to 1996, he worked as a translator and judicial interpreter in Tetuan, Morocco. In the six years that followed, he managed his own translation agency, TRANOTA. In 2005 and 2006, he served as translator and interpreter in Barcelona, and for the following year, as a Research Editor at Factiva Business Intelligence, Dow Jones & Reuters, still in Barcelona. Since 2007, he’s been a Quality Analyst, Risk & Compliance with Dow Jones Company in Barcelona, while serving as Conference Interpreter since 2003 (French/Arabic and Spanish/Arabic), including at the World Social Forum (Istanbul, Athens, Tunis), at the European Social Forum (Malaga, Barcelona), and for the Union for the Mediterranean (Barcelona). Moulay Driss loves music, ping-pong, basketball and chess, when he is not honing his already advanced internet research skills in his geeky time. Moulay Driss is an SQL developer, and a database analyst.
